Sr Foreign Trade Analyst
Provide all Import documents processCheck all shipments documents before send to Broker to start the releasing Customs Processes.Input orders information in the system (legacies and Foreign trade system)Provide together with Treasury the bank conciliation on Import duties payments;Work with Cost Dept to add all import expenses and validate product cost.Prepare all documentation together with Regulatory Affairs to present to the Health Authorities to allow the approval of Import of Biologic Medicines Products.Work with the Coordinator in the Trade Compliance activities.Prepare the Area monthly metrics (including international needs)Monitor the especial requirements for cold chain shipments (envirotainers, temptale numbers, etc.);Follow the orders up to be shipped according to the schedule;Work with the Planning to align the orders estimated delivery date;Reply the Import License requirements from Health Authorities ANVISA (previous to the shipment) and others,Coordinate and give instructions of the shipments for the freight forwarderExperience in Drawback and other Special Requirements at CustomsStrong Experience in export activitiesDesirable experience in SAPUniversity degree preferably in administration, foreign trade & logistics, supply chain.English advanced is required / Spanish is differential
