This position is responsible for delivering breakthrough performance results in process and efficiency in identified areas of opportunity.  The Senior CI Specialist ensures the successful application of CI tools and methodologies for the program.  This role requires a strong leader who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization.

Principais Responsabilidades

Lead implementation of Continuous Improvement projects and activities. Lead the sustainability program for key Continuous Improvement implementations in the region. Work in partnership with other ME areas to sustain de CI efforts, coordinating the CI tools adoption in the other spacesDrive continuous improvement culture change through industry Best Practice adoption in Data and Technology field. Coodinate implementation of opportunities in this field. Ensure BP sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible leadership for leading practices adoptionAssist Regional and Global CI Leaders in program administration, training and coordination, including the development and execution of continous improvement deployment strategy and plans.Report out on program goals and objectives with team members and other stakeholders in support of achieving Competitive Excellence Goals 

Requisitos:

Required Qualifications

·         BA/BS degree

·         Experience in process improvement, continuous improvement or demonstrated performance in an operations environment.

·         Lean Six Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher belt or in process to earn one.

·         Technical competency in Lean Six Sigma skills: DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen/Work-out and process engineering 

·         Demonstrated experience with effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization

·         Experience working with leaders within an organization

·         Proven ability to use expertise, experience, and network to manage through ambiguous situations

·         Ability to travel up to 40%.  Must have a valid driver’s license and record of safe driving behavior.

·         Language: English/advanced

Preferred Qualifications

·         Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

·         Experience on production activities in the arear in where we will apply C.I. methodology
