Analista de Financeiro de FP&A

 We are looking for a dynamic professional with a cooperative profile to:

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and track the FMC Brazil Financial Plans (Short and Long term) – Forecast and Budget. (P&L, Working Capital and Cash Flow);Identify risk and opportunities on rolling forecast (P&L and Cash Flow);Consolidate Management Results with focus on Business Performance, preparing presentations and Reports to the Board and Headquarter;Deliver Reports and Analysis for Local Leadership;Interact with Regional COE, providing and receiving analytics;Deliver Financial Feasibility Analysis (Return on Investment).Provide input and support for decision making process;Act as a Business Partner  

Key Qualifications

Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering Degree.Strong knowledge and experience in results analysis (actual vs. budget vs. trend), P&L, cash flow and balance sheets.Experience on Budget and Forecast ProcessStrong financial and analytical skillsAdvanced user on Excel, Word and PowerPointDesirable knowledge on ERP System (SAP),Fluent on Portuguese and English Languages;Desirable knowledge in accountingDesirable MBA Specialization or Post Graduation;Experience in organize effectively projects with inter-departmental teams
