Your new role As an Administrative Assistant you will report directly to the Office Manager. You will be responsible for assisting the consultants in the day-to-day needs and for the entire administrative process of the Hays Campinas office. You will be responsible for receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately, answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, supporting the Internal Recruitment team, Human Resources and Marketing department for subsidiary and will be responsible for assisting the Director of the office.

What you’ll need to succeed It is mandatory to be a successful multitasker and have strong organizational skills. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships with our internal consultants and external clients which will be vital to your own success and the success of the business. You must have basic level English, have a undergraduate degree, have good communication and also have the ability to work autonomously.
