Your New Role As a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, you will manage a 360⁰ Recruitment Consultant role. You’ll be managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, helping both our clients and candidates achieve a lasting impact. You will nurture existing relationships as well as winning new business. You will be contacting candidates with expert market knowledge, advertising roles, networking, using our market leading technology to search for candidates on our database, as well as providing consultative information to your clients.
What you’ll need to succeed We are looking for a highly ambitious and commercially motivated candidates, extremely ambitious, motivated to learn about our business and is focused in over-achieving sales targets. Advanced level of English is required. The salary is a competitive salary comprised of a base salary and an unlimited commission scheme with complete benefits.
