1) Evaluate brand and product position in each market
2) Implement strategies to increase business and market share applying marketing activities, promotions and introducing new products
3) International distributors management
4) Business and sales planning in accordance to the distribution channel and strategy
5) Diagnose business opportunities and introduce product in new markets and countries
6) Set annual growth targets for each distributor, aiming at increasing market share in each country
7) Evaluate the profitability of each customer and suggest strategies to increase company’s financial results
8) International Fairs participation
9) Provide support and follow the product registration process in each country with Regulatory Affairs department
10) Commercial teams training
11) Implement global corporate marketing strategies
12) Monitor orders and export process to assure deadlines dealed with clients
13) Prospect and develop new products and customers with a focus on outsourcing (private label) in the national and international markets
