Commercial Manager
MAGNA EXECUTIVE SEARCH, in partnership with a multinational company in the industrial components segment, located in the region of Campinas, is hiring a:
COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Definition of the budget of the Company, primarily in terms of Sales, and ensures the achievement of sales targets, turnover, and market development.
• Guarantee the commercial development through the definition of a product / service offer in line with the evolution of the market and with customer expectations.
• Define sales policies and strategies in accordance with the strategy and long-term vision of the Company
• Lead the business in the definition and implementation of development projects in new markets and the study of new commercial programs.
• Plan the development of the sales network, identifying the right mix between internal resources, agents, franchising, distributors, etc.
• Plan operational marketing strategies, presiding over the choice and definition of price strategies, distribution channels, product / service mix, communication and promotion.
• Ensure and promote participation in trade shows, organization of events, communication activities aimed at promoting the company and its product / service.
• Coordinate and monitor sales development at local level in order to be aligned with the strategic decisions defined at international level.
• Take care of the relationships with strategic customers.
• Perform regular field coaching and other activities aimed to develop competencies of the commercial team.
• Supervise all technical support activities to the commercial action.
• Preside over the management and development of the human resources of the function and ensure the correct application of tools and policies of training, career development, assessment, compensation, etc.
Inglês – Nível Avançado
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Solid experience in B2B with managerial experience with track record of successful sales results.
• Experience in selling to specific relevant industries (Food Processing, Packaging, Material Handling, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Process Integration Management and CRM tools
• Knowledge of people development and coaching techniques
• Knowledge of the sales channel and strategies and the main levers
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to work in Campinas region
