Operation & Planning Analyst Jr

Main responsibilities:

Support capital Control, by monitoring the financial accounting, registering and interacting with Engineering team;

Interact with global fixed asset team in asset management processes ( Project closure, transfers, etc.);

Analyze need for new assets procedure review through QMS concept and give support in QMS control too;

Give cost analysis support on breeding projects & operation management;

Support and operationalize the overall compliance for SA asset movements in the sites, in full compliance with rules and procedures as well as taking into account local, state and federal law;

Perform control of SA fixed asset inventories: Physical Inventory, Impairment process, asset under constructions review;

Interact with Enabling teams (ESH, Security, Supply, Tax, Engineering, etc) to monitor the implementation of improvements and operational processes related to fixed asset and projects needs.

Must have:

Bachelor degree in Engineering (all), Administration, Agronomy and Accounting;

Desired experience in business management;

Advanced English;

Desired knowledge in SAP system;

Office systems (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc);

Strong communications skills;

Location: Uberlândia/Minas Gerais or Campinas/São Paulo or CENU/São Paulo.
