Atribuições:- Acompanhar e assegurar que as ações para o Controle de Qualidade conforme Procedimentos Cliente e empresa sejam tomados;- Treinar e habilitar os Inspetores para execução dos serviços, mantendo registros desta ação;- Assegurar que peças defeituosas tenham um processo de contenção eficiente;- Lançar horas de seus supervisionados em sistema integrado para faturamento;- Selecionar e contratar funcionários de acordo com critérios e processos pré-estabelecidos;- Assegurar para que a comunicação verbal e documental entre a empresa e o funcionário seja feita de forma eficiente;- Manter contato direto com os clientes para dar uma atenção oportuna e eficaz sobre os produtos e serviços da Empresa;- Assegurar o bem estar de seus supervisionados do ponto de vista ergonômico e mental durante o expediente de trabalho;- Assegurar que os relatório e indicadores pré-estabelecidos sejam encaminhados aos clientes.

– Residir no Grande ABC ou São Paulo (desde que tenha fácil acesso ao ABC)- Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos sábados, quando necessário.- Necessário experiência em empresas automotivas;- Precisa ter veículo próprio (haverá o vale combustível + o reembolso por KM);- Necessário ter disponibilidade para atuar nos turnos (2º e 3º) e para realizar viagens para as regiões próximas à Campinas;- Superior Completo em Gestão da Qualidade, Gestão de Produção e Engenharias em geral (voltada para área mecânicas).

Salário: R$ 3.000,00 +  Auxilio Combustível + Refeitório + Seguro de Vida.

About the Role: 

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This professional will be responsible for identifying and assessing the different profiles (Technical and Non-technical) required by BairesDev and its clients. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with marked attention to detail. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

What You’ll Do:

– Review online information of candidates to assess their general fit.

– Contact candidates through phone calls, Skype, LinkedIn, or mail to validate their interest and motivate them to participate in our process.

– Schedule internal interviews, send the invites, and keep the system records updated.

– Interview candidates to assess their qualifications by validating their profile, experience, interests, commitment, and logic and common sense questions.

– Schedule and confirm technical interviews.

– Follow up with the candidates throughout the process.

– Adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

 You Must Have: 

– 3+ previous years of work experience. Previous experience in recruiting roles is a plus.

– Good communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion.

– Time management and organization.

– Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.

– Working experience in online and phone sales techniques (is a plus).

– Knowledge in IT Industry head-hunting (is a plus).

– Advanced English Level.

About the Role: 

We are looking for a Python Technical Interviewer to execute and improve the technical assessment and evaluation of candidates and their qualities.

What You’ll Do:

– Interview candidates with the sole objective of assessing their technical knowledge and skills.

– Collaborate with a team of interviewers in the correct application of the technical assessment and standardized processes.

– Help candidates (who had previously passed our minimum assessments) improve any weak points in their technical knowledge before they are assigned to a project.

– Improve existing tests and create new ones, as well as looking for new ways of automating technical assessments.

– Audit, control, and elaborate new metrics and reports of the area.

 You Must Have: 

– Proven academic experience.

– Proven experience working as a Software Engineer.

– Deep knowledge in Python development, both practical and theoretical.

– General knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks (is a plus).

– Experience evaluating technical skills (is a plus).

– Advanced English level.

This professional will have constant interaction with Fortune 500 C-level Executives, VPs, and Department Heads, so they must have great communication skills, a corporate profile, and sophisticated client management skills.

What You’ll Do:

– Drive full-cycle recruiting for upper-level executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and presentation to internal clients.

– Taylor a highly customized and positive experience for candidates to upper-level executive positions, being their point of contact within BairesDev for any needs they might encounter during the recruiting process. 

– Build strong relationships with key players from the market, from internal leadership to HR business partners and candidates.

– Develop and implement successful and creative sourcing strategies for upper-level executive positions.

 You Must Have: 

– Native/Proficient English level is fundamental.

– Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, with a focus on listening and persuasion.

– 5+ years of experience in Recruiting. 

– Previous experience in Executive/C-Level recruitment. Previous experience in Customer Success/Customer Experience/Sales is a plus.

– Proven track record of success with lead generation and conversion.

– Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

– Great self-management capacity, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

– Spanish is a plus.
